The firm was established in Port Shepstone in 1998 as Frederick C Volbrecht & Associates, changed to Taylor Volbrecht & Associates in 2005 and to TVA Quantity Surveyors in 2017. The firm has extensive experience in all aspects of Construction and Development Cost Consulting on many varied types of projects ranging from private residential dwellings to commercial shopping centres and office developments, private and public health and education facilities.

At TVA we are a diverse and inclusive team focused on empowering women and previously disadvantaged groups, since 2005 the firm has only employed and trained from within this group and assisted students with their required in-service training. We are able to provide traditional quantity surveying services that are suitable and project specific.

We seek to create sustainable solutions that result in lasting change and we are especially passionate about playing a role in community upliftment projects.
